The name of our Chambres d’Hôtes, La Bonne Voie, is a play on words inspired by how we came to France in 2022 in search of good weather, good food, good wine and the good life. Without planning in advance and knowing if we would ever find it.
Activities in the area
From Bergerac’s legendary port, let yourself be ferried aboard traditional boats for a journey through time.
There is a nice green way, which is about 15km long, from Bergerac to the Tuilières dam, near the Lalinde canal. A perfect daytrip by Bike
The Golf du Château les Merles and Château des Vigiers golf course are just a few minutes away.
Architectural heritage nearby can be found, for example, in Bergerac, Issigeac, Monbazillac, Riagnac, Eymet, Villeréal etc many more.
About 10 minutes’ walk away, you can walk in a beautiful area with many flowers, plants and animals. Fishing or swimming from the sandy beach, and a restaurant ensure an enjoyable day.
Walking, cycling or driving, this area is worth exploring.
You don’t have to go out, of course. You may enjoy our hospitality all day long in and around our Chambres d’Hôtes La Bonne Voie. No problem.
You can visit 93 different winemakers who will welcome you with open arms and where you can taste and buy delicious wines.
There are several horse riding schools in the vicinity.
Five minutes away is the new specialised Stand Up Paddle-Cano Kayak and mountain bike centre.

De B&B ligt op een prachtige locatie met heel mooi uitzicht van waaruit je mooie uitstapjes kunt maken en van de omgeving kunt genieten. We werden hartelijk ontvangen , beiden zijn heel gastvrij en je voelt je er meteen thuis. (edited by host)
Positive: The location. The property itself and definitely the hosts. Excellent breakfast included so all in all a fantastic stop over.

L’endroit est superbe, les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants , la chambre très confortable et propre. Nous avons adoré nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
Mooie locatie prima ontbijt
Vriendelijke en toegankelijke eigenaars, altijd bereid om je te helpen, goed ontbijt, sterke wifi, nette kamer, aan te bevelen voor andere gasten.
Une étape d’une nuit qui m’a permis de me rafraîchir dans la piscine, et de retrouver Bergerac. L’emplacement avec un très bel environnement La piscine et le jardin son très agréables , la maison est accueillante et les hôtes très gentils.
