Reservation and booking
- When you make a booking, you accept these terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, as shown in the booking process.
- As the person making the booking, you are responsible for the actions and behaviour (in relation to your stay) of everyone in your party. You are also responsible for obtaining their consent before providing their personal information to us.
- When you make a booking, you agree to pay the cost of the booking, including any fees and taxes that may apply.
- Unless otherwise specified, you must be at least 18 years of age to make reservations or bookings through this website.
- Please fill in all your contact details correctly so that we can provide you with information about your booking and, if necessary, contact you.
- If you have a question or complaint, please contact us directly. You can help us by providing the following:
- The booking confirmation number, your contact details and the email address you used when you made the booking.
- Your question or complaint, including how you would like us to help you.
- Any supporting documents (bank statement, photos, receipts, etc.)
 
Payment
- You are required to pay the full amount, at the time of booking, in euros.
- The day on which the payment is received on our bank account counts as the day of payment.
- Receipt of your payment will confirm your booking.
- In the event of any form of non-payment:
- Will proceed to the collection of the amount due whereby all costs incurred will be borne by you, both in and out of court. The amount to be claimed will be increased by the statutory interest and indexation.
- You will not be entitled to a refund.
 
- If not mentioned on the invoice, and therefore not yet paid, you must pay the municipal (tourist) taxes due in cash upon departure.
Cancellation and non-arrival without cancellation
- If you cancel a booking or don’t show up, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
- Up to two weeks before the arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the amount is due. In case of cancellation within one week before the arrival date, 75% of the amount is due.
- In case of cancellation and non-arrival without cancellation, on the day itself, 100% of the amount is due.
 
- The above cancellation costs apply when booking via the website booking.com and will be deducted from the amount already paid during the booking. You may be able to make a claim on your cancellation insurance.
- If you think you won’t be on time, please contact us and explain when we can expect you so we don’t cancel your booking.
- If you are late or do not show up, we will not be liable for the consequences (i.e. the cancellation of your booking or any fees we may have to charge).
- We have the right to cancel bookings made by you in the event of, for example:
- Failure to comply with our terms and conditions or applicable laws and regulations
- Inappropriate or unlawful conduct (i.e., violence, threats, or invasion of privacy) towards us or anyone else.
- Fraud or abuse
 
- If we cancel a booking as a result of the above events, you will not be entitled to a refund. We may tell you why we cancelled your booking, unless by telling you we (a) violate any applicable laws and/or (b) prevent or impede the detection or prevention of fraud or other illegal activity.
Data Collection and Privacy
- We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting and safeguarding your privacy.
- We will only use your data, which you provide during your booking, for this purpose and will never share this data without your prior written consent, unless we are required by law to share your data with a third party to carry out our work.
- Data that you provide during the booking process will be stored according to the legal period.
- Unless otherwise stated, all rights of the website (technology, content, trademarks, look and feel, etc.) are owned by Chambres d’Hôtes La Bonne Voie.
- It is not permitted to copy, download, reproduce or otherwise use anything from the website for commercial purposes without the written permission of Chambres d’Hôtes La Bonne Voie.
Liability
- We will only be liable for costs you incur as a direct result of a failure on our part, up to the maximum amount for which we are insured. This means that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for (for example):
- Theft, loss, or damageInaccurate or erroneous information in an email address, phone number, or credit card number
- Force majeure or an event beyond our control
 
- We do our utmost to provide the information on this website in a reliable manner. However, we cannot guarantee that everything on the website is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, ambiguities or missing information.
- If you violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws and regulations:
- We will not be liable for any costs you incur as a result, and
- You are not entitled to a refund
 
- Obvious errors and printing errors are not binding.
- The costs in case of loss or non-return of the (access) key(s) are for you (€ 25 per item) and will have to be paid by you at check-out in cash or afterwards by invoice.
HOUSEHOLD REGULATIONS
General
- We ask you to:
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Not to cause a nuisance or harm and not to behave inappropriately towards others
- Treat everyone with respect. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, manipulation, physical violence, or other threatening or unlawful behavior.
- Take into account the local community. Limit/reduce noise that can disturb neighbors, respect local laws and traditions, and limit your impact on the environment.
- That you respect the personal space, privacy, and belongings of others, as well as our property and house rules.
- That you handle our accommodation and furniture, movables, electronics and other items with care.
- That you leave the items in the same condition as when you arrived. If something is broken, damaged or lost, please report it to us (as soon as possible, and certainly before you check out). We can call in the insurance company.
 
- We do not tolerate theft, vandalism, criminal activity or extortion. Any kind of illegal or dangerous activity may result in us blocking access to the property and reporting to the authorities.
Arrival and departure
- On the day of arrival, you can use your accommodation from 16:00.
- On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 11.00 am.
- It is only possible to deviate from the above times in consultation.
- No refund will be made in case of early departure.
Access
- Access through the house and the room is by means of a key that is given to you on loan during your stay.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00.
- Special requests regarding breakfast are negotiable.
Your stay
- Noise nuisance, especially between 22:00 and 07:00, should be avoided.
- Third party use of the accommodation is not permitted.
- Vehicles can be parked on site in the parking spaces designated by the owner.
- Waste must be disposed of in the waste bins.
- Pets are not allowed in and around the house.
- Smoking is not allowed in and around the house.
- The use of glassware in and around the pool is not allowed.
Safety
- Ensure the safety of the accommodation and its contents during your stay. For example, do not leave doors or windows open in your absence and close the entrance gate after use.
